SAP Landscape. For better understanding we prepared the below chart.

SAP Landscape Prepared this based on Real time:
1. Development Server:
Again in this server we may have 3 servers.
- A. Golden Client
- B. Testing
- C. Sandbox
A. Golden Client: Tech/Functional Consultants will do Main configuration in Golden Client.
B. Testing Server: After configuration has been done in the golden client that needs to be tested in the testing system by copying the TR (We use T code: SCC1 to copy in the testing client). Generally, junior consultants will do testing by giving production data. If it is working fine in testing as well, TR will be moved to Quality server.
C. Sandbox: It is like a rough book kind of server. In this server we can do anything. Eg: practice by consultants to improve their Sap skill.
2. Quality server: Business team will do user acceptance test (UAT) before production/go live. If any issue in Quality, again this need to check in golden client and do respective configuration changes & again TR will be moved to Quality for UAT. Then finally it will be moved / transported to PRD server.
3. Production Server: This will used by the business/client team where the end users are going to do business activities. Consultants only have Display access in this server. If the user faces any issue, this will handled/resolved by support consultants.
Note: TR –> Transport Request: with this only newly created data/changed data will moved from one server to another server.
