📧 How to Check and Manage Emails in SAP S/4HANA Using T-Code SBWP
In SAP S/4HANA, transaction code SBWP (Business Workplace) serves as a central hub for managing all types of system-generated communications, including emails, workflow messages, and alerts. It allows users to handle not just incoming messages, but also sent items and drafts, much like a traditional email client within SAP.
✉️ Key Sections in SBWP:
- Inbox: View all received messages, including workflow notifications, approval requests, and internal system alerts.
- Outbox: Shows messages that have been sent from your user ID, useful for tracking outgoing communication and verifying delivery.
- Resubmission: Contains items set for follow-up at a later date.
- Drafts: Unsent messages saved for later completion.
- Trash: Deleted messages that can be reviewed or restored.
Go to T code: SBWP.

The Business Workplace screen will appear as the initial interface.

Next, let’s explore the Inbox—simply double-click on the Inbox folder to view all received messages.

You will now see the list of received messages displayed, as shown below.

To explore sent messages, click on the Outbox folder. Similarly, other folders such as Drafts, Resubmission, and Trash are available to help manage all types of system communications efficiently.
