How to Assign Company code to Fiscal year variant

How to Assign company code to Fiscal year variant in SAP, using T code: OB37.

Explanation: In SAP, a fiscal year variant is a configuration that allows companies to maintain their transactions within a specific year. It typically consists of:

• 12 Normal Periods: Representing the standard 12 months of the year.
• 4 Special Periods: Used for making adjustment entries for closed fiscal years.

• Creation of Year shift fiscal year variant
• Creation of Calendar fiscal year variant

Go to T code: SPRO.

SPRO Path -> Reference IMG -> Financial Accounting -> Financial Accounting Global Settings -> Fiscal year -> Assign Company code to Fiscal year variant – Click on Execute.

Click on Position, give company code and click on continue.

Now give ’02’ as fiscal year variant which has been created for 9002 company code.

Click on save.

Customizing request popup will come, select your request and click on continue.

Assigned Company code to Fiscal year variant successfully.
