How to Display the Changes of GL Account in SAP, using T code: FS04.
In this blog, we guide you through checking changes made to a GL account, such as field updates or modifications (Like GL account history).
SAP Easy Access – SAP Menu -> Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> General Ledger -> Master Records -> G/L Accounts -> Display changes -> Double click on “Centrally”.
Give G/L Number, company code and click enter.
Displayed with field changes of GL specified.
Click on All changes – It will show the data with date, old and new entries.
see old and new values along with the corresponding dates displayed.
