How to Create One-time Vendor in SAP explained below.
Meaning: Creating a one-time vendor means, Business transactions with the vendor will be one time or very rare. Only Account group making the difference for normal vendor and one time vendor.
Step 1: First, we need One time Vendor Account Group
Creation of One time Vendor Account Group in SAP T code: OBD3.
SPRO Path: Reference IMG -> Financial Accounting -> Accounts Receivable and Account Payable -> Vendor Accounts -> Master Data -> Preparation for creating vendor master data -> Define Account Groups with screen layout (Vendors) – Click on Execute.

Click on New Entries.
Now give Account group name, Description and select One-time account.

Select “General data” and double click on “Expand field status” to check subgroup list.

Check each subgroup list – Now double click on Address.

Every field of vendor master record will be controlled like below.
- Suppress: It means, specific field will not be displayed.
- Required Entry: It means, specific field is mandatory.
- Optional Entry: Field is optional.
- Display: It means field will be just displayed. (cannot be edited).
Once done with field control, click on save button.

Customizing request popup will come, select your request and click on continue.

Step 2: Now Create one time vendor
Creation of One time Vendor Master Record T code: FK01 (Finance level, means company code level).
SAP Easy Access Path -> SAP Menu -> Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> Accounts Payable -> Master Records -> Double click on Create.

Give Company code, one time vendor account group and hit enter. (Leave Vendor field as blank because Internal number range assigned).

General Data – Address Tab: Give the required fields like name, postal code, city, country, region, po box, mail, fax etc., and hit enter.

Control Tab: Enter the required fields like customer, Tax details etc., and hit enter.

Payment transactions: Enter required fields like Bank country, Bank key, Bank name, city, Bank number etc., and hit enter.

Company code data – Accounting Information: Enter Reconciliation account, sort key, cash management group and hit enter.

Payment transactions: Give Payment terms, Payment methods, House bank and hit enter.

Correspondence: Dunning procedure, accounting clerk and recipient mail ID and click on save

Click on save button.
One time Vendor created successfully in company code.
