How to change the Cost center in SAP

How to Change the Cost Center in SAP, using T code: KS02.

Cost Center: It is an organizational unit within controlling area and it manages costs associated with a specific functional area, department, or activity for internal reporting purpose (As it only captures the costs). Cost element will help here to integrate the CO with FI module.

Table to check the Cost Center: CSKS.

SAP Controlling – Cost Center Accounting: Click here.

SAP Easy Access: Menu -> Accounting -> Controlling -> Cost Center Accounting -> Master Data -> Cost Center -> Individual Processing – Double Click on Change.

Pop will come, Enter Controlling Area and click on continue button.

Now give Cost Center and click on Master Data button.

Change whatever you want, I have changed Person Responsible and click on save button.

Cost center has been changed.
