How to create Factory Calendar in SAP, using T code: SCAL.
Factory calendar: The purpose of maintaining a factory calendar is to inform the SAP system about the organization’s working days, non-working days, and public holidays. This information enables SAP to schedule batch jobs, automate processes, and perform other time-dependent tasks accordingly.
Go to T code: SPRO (or use direct T code: SCAL).

Click on SAP Reference IMG.

SPRO Path – ABAP Platform -> General settings – Maintain calendar – Click on Execute.

Select the “Factory calendar” radio button and click on change button.

Click on create icon.

Now give the details like below – ID, Description, Valid from year and to year, Holiday calendar id, Working days.

Click on save icon.

It is system specific(Customizing request popup will not come because this needs to be created manually in every system).
Click on continue button.

Factory calendar was saved.
