How to Extract data from the tables in SAP, using T code: SE16N.
In this blog, you can learn how to extract data from the tables and below with an example.
- Example with Customer Master (Company code)
Extract data from the tables in SAP T code: SE16N.

Now give Table – KNB1 (Customer master company code level) and click enter.

Give required inputs, Click on more to give multiple inputs about company codes.

Click on execute.

Once done with input details, then click on “Number of Entries” to display How many “Entries found”

It will display number of items

Now, users can click on “Execute” to get output. It will show us the Tabular format (like excel).

Successfully extracted data from the SAP table.
In this blog, will explain different scenarios to extract data.
We can apply filters for this table like below.
Scenario 1: Finding specific company code data: Select “CoCode” column, click on “Set filter” and give company code/s then click on continue.

Output:

Scenario 2: To see latest customer created: Select “Created on” and click “Sort on Descending Order”

Output: Now this will display like below latest to older.

Scenario 3: Want to see the customer created only on a specific date: Select “Created on” column, click on “Set filter” and give specific date then execute.

Output: Displayed data for the specified date.

Like above we can apply filters for the available data to make work easier.
