How to Copy Number Ranges to New Fiscal year in SAP S4 HANA, using T code: OBH2.
In this blog, learn how to copy or transfer number range intervals from one fiscal year (Ex: 2024) to another (Ex: 2025) using transaction code OBH2.
Go to T code: OBH2.

A confirmation popup will appear. Click the ‘Continue’ button to proceed.

Enter the required details:
- Company Code(s)
- Number Range Name (01 to ZZ, to consider all number ranges)
- Source Fiscal Year: 2024
- Target Fiscal Year: 2025
Click on Execute.

A confirmation popup will appear. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm.

Number range intervals have been successfully copied/transferred to the new fiscal year (2025).
