Set Control Parameters for Actual Data – PCA in T code: 1KEF.

Key points to focus:

• Activate Actual Postings: Turns on the process for actual data in PCA for a specific controlling area.
• Control Line Items: Ensures detailed line item information is captured.
• Enable Online Transfer: Allows real-time posting of data into PCA tables. 

Go to T code: 1KEF or SPRO Path.

Click on New Entries.

Here, you configure all the control parameters for actual postings in Profit Center Accounting.

It is recommended to maintain it for several years in advance so you don’t have to return and add new years during year-end activities. In this blog, we set the control parameters for PCA for the years 2025 to 2031.
