How to Define Rounding off Rules in SAP, using T code: OAYO.
Understanding: It is recommended to configure Rounding off rule in Asset accounting to reduce the conflict of decimals in asset transactions.
Go to T code: OAYO.

Click on position button.

Popup will come, company code and click on continue button.

Select the company code and click on Rounding specifications.

Select the desired radio button.

Understanding:
- Arithmetic Rounding:
- If Depreciation value is Rs. 1000.4, system will round off with Rs. 1000.
- If Depreciation value is Rs. 1000.6, system will round off with Rs. 1001.
- Round Up
- If Depreciation value is Rs. 1000.4, system will round off with Rs. 1001.
- If Depreciation value is Rs. 1000.6, system will round off with Rs. 1001.
- Round Down
- If Depreciation value is Rs. 1000.4, system will round off with Rs. 1000.
- If Depreciation value is Rs. 1000.6, system will round off with Rs. 1000.
Click on save button.

Now customizing request prompt will come, select your request and click on continue.

Data was saved.
