How to Delete the Profit Center in SAP S4 HANA, using T code: KE54.
Profit Center: A Profit Center is an organizational unit within a Controlling Area that manages costs and revenues. This allows for decentralized responsibility and profitability analysis, enabling better decision-making and control. In this tutorial, you will understand how to delete the profit center in SAP.
SAP Easy Access: SAP Menu -> Accounting -> Controlling -> Profit Center Accounting -> Master Data -> Profit Center -> Individual Processing – Double Click on Delete.
Popup will come, now give controlling area and click on continue button
Now give Profit center, Controlling area and click on Master Data.
Click on “Mark for Deletion”.
We processed Deletion, If you can see the status which is inactive. Now we need to activate the delete.
Click on Activate icon.
Just a popup, click on “Yes”.
Profit center deleted.
